Class 1: 

Learn all about breastfeeding basics! How to get off to a good start including how to know if your baby is getting enough milk, what to expect in the first days and weeks, and how to trouble-shoot complications.

Megan Trenary, RN, BSN, IBCLC is a board certified lactation consultant interested in supporting you and your family with your breastfeeding goals.


Class 2:

How to breastfeed in the real world! Learn how to feel comfortable managing breastfeeding outside the house, how breastfeeding changes as your infant grows and matures, and how to avoid or manage complications related to breastfeeding.


Class 3:

Pumping your milk! Going back to work or going on a date? Interested in exclusively pumping or combining breastmilk with formula? Everyone needs a pump! Learn how to get a pump through insurance, how to use it, as well as how to build your stash and properly store your milk.
